Security telemetry may include timestamps, source network information, request methods and paths, user-agent data, rule outcomes, risk signals, and event classifications.

We use this information to provide and secure the platform, authenticate users, enforce policies, investigate incidents, improve reliability, communicate service updates, and meet legal obligations.

When enabled by a tenant, SecKav processes network traffic to detect threats and enforce configured controls. Sensitive payload data should be processed only as needed for an active security decision and retained only where the service configuration and applicable law permit.

We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure, communications, analytics, payment, and security providers that process limited data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to prevent harm.

We retain information for the period needed to operate the service, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use access controls, encryption, audit logging, and data-minimization practices appropriate to the information handled.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information and manage available product settings through your account. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or law.
