Terms of Service

The rules that govern access to SecKav's edge security, AI agent security, API protection, and zero-trust connectivity services.

SecKav Terms · v1.0Effective 1 August 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using a SecKav service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for the organization connected to the account.

2. Platform use

SecKav may inspect and filter network traffic, enforce security policies, route authorized connections, and generate security metadata as required to provide the features you enable.

You remain responsible for your applications, origins, users, DNS configuration, access policies, and the legality of content and traffic routed through the platform.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use SecKav to attack systems without authorization, distribute malware, evade lawful controls, interfere with the service, probe other tenants, or violate applicable law.

4. Accounts and security

Keep credentials and API keys confidential, use accurate account information, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access when necessary to protect SecKav, a tenant, or the public.

5. Availability

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. Preview, beta, simulated, or demonstration features may change and must not be treated as production guarantees unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

6. Fees and cancellation

Paid services, billing cycles, taxes, cancellation, and eligible refunds are governed by the plan shown at purchase and our Refund Policy.

7. Privacy

Our handling of account information, security telemetry, and service data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Contact & Legal Entity

SecKav is a product operated and owned by Anurag Sharma (Sole Proprietor), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
